Idaho NASA EPSCoR Research Initiation Grants

​Idaho NASA EPSCoR funds Research Initiation Grants to provide opportunities for new researchers to gain experience and/or for established researchers to take a dramatic step in a new research direction.

​

To apply, researchers will need to fill out the INE Proposal Submission form and only 2 files should be upload with the application: 

1) A single PDF file with all required proposal sections, and any optional sections.

2) A single Excel file with the budget details table.

​

Selected projects will be required to submit a Statement of Work and Subrecipient commitment form (non-UI recipients)

​

Maximum award amount: $50,000

Award duration: Approximately 1 year

Matching requirement: None

Who can apply? Researchers at Idaho institutions of higher education and their employees can apply for these grants.

Proposal submission deadline: January 24, 2025

December 12th, 2024 at 2:00 pm PT/ 3:00 pm MT.
